I stayed at Abbey House for 3 nights in Room 3 in April. It is the smallest room but very comfortable and certainly more than adequate for a short stay. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was first rate.
I would definately recommend this B & B to anyone (and there is an extremely friendly cat which is the icing on the cake)

Very good B&B. Stayed here for two nights. Room and bathroom OK and clean. The first B&B with a bed that didn't ruin my back. Breakfast of your choice and at the time you want it, GREAT!! And lots of coffee

Fantastic accomodations! Superb food! Lovely decor! Highly recommend to everyone! We traveled from the USA to join our cousin for a wedding in Brighton. We were made to feel welcome and thoughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were super clean and the extra touches were appreciated. Karen and Paul were the perfect hosts! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

We stayed last weekend in a twin room (as picture) and not disappointed. We were at the Royal International show at Hickstead and it was an easy 5 minute drive from ground and we received a lovely warm welcome, glass of complimentary wine which was very welcoming.Superb accommodation with nice little extras. A fantastic breakfast cooked by Paul; nothing too much trouble. Many thanks. Very highly recommended.

I am currently doing the Animal Healing Course with Elizabeth Whiter(10 mins down the road)and being a woman travelling on her own it is important to me to feel safe, which I certainly did.

Paul and Karen made me feel very welcome from the start. I stayed in room 2 which had an en-suite with a massive shower.

Complementary tea and coffee,bottled water,biscuits and chocolates and a glass of wine is provided along with the usual toiletries. There was a television, alarm clock and hair dryer.

The place was very clean and very warm.

Breakfast was very good.

I enjoyed my stay with Paul and Karen so much that I have booked to stay there for my other modules.

Thank you for another comfortable visit, and looking forward (assuming we last!) to next July.
