Directions to Abbey House Bed and Breakfast
Driving
From A 23 (Hickstead) take the A2300 signposted to Burgess Hill and follow signs to town centre.
At the 4 way traffic light junction of Royal George Road, turn right onto London Road, cross the first mini roundabout, then left at the second mini roundabout into Queen Elizabeth Avenue.
Follow Queen Elizabeth Avenue until the next roundabout (next to McDonalds) and take the 2nd exit,
Station Road stay on this road passing Burgess Hill Railway Station, take the 3rd exit at the next roundabout into Keymer Road.
Follow Keymer Road passing Burgess Hill School for Girls, at the next mini roundabout, turn left into Folders Lane. Drive for approx 1/4 mile, turn left at the next roundabout into Kings Way.
The Holt the 3rd turning on the left, Abbey House Bed and Breakfast is the first house on the right hand side.
Please respect our neighbours and park on our driveway and not infront of our neighbours homes.
Walking
From Burgess Hill Station, Exit Station and turn right onto Station Road. Walk to the top of station road and cross into Silverdale Road.
Follow Silverdale road to the bottom approx 5 minutes walk.
At the T junction turn right into Alexandra Road, walk to the end of Alexandra Road at the T junction,
(approx 1 minute) turn left into Ferndale Road.
Approx 20 yards into Ferndale Road turn right into Broad Green Avenue.
Walk past 3 houses in Broad Green Avenue and turn left at the T junction in to Whykeham Way.
Pass 2 houses and you will see an anti-cycle barrier in front of you, take this path, bear right then immediatly left and cross the small stream, (Do not pass the park), follow this foot path (10 yards) and you will enter the bottom of
The Holt cul-de-sac.
Abbey House is located at the top of this cul-de-sac, last house on the left hand side
